Empty reply does not make any sense for the end user
Looks a good resource but I could not openNQF-Unit-5---Assmt-2 copy properly and I don't think this unit has been fully updated with the new case studies. I know LAA has and I think LAB but from looking through this I don't think it has and I am not sure about C. It would be great if it could be. Thanks
Love this resource. Includes activities and really great the way each PP links to a section in the workbook. Have saved me SO much time! Thanks!

Jim has been referred to Care at Home for support with his personal care, taking medication, supporting with breakfast and preparing a cooked lunch. He also needs help in the home with laundry.
Support from different disciplines can be combined to provide a full package for R and Jim using integrated care. People benefit from care that is person-centred and co-ordinated within healthcare settings, across mental and physical health and across health and social care (a full package).
