During the PRC licensure exams, the following precautionary health and safety rules must be followed at all times:

• Observe physical distancing of at least two (2) meters between examinees.
• Examinees shall be restricted to their assigned seat;
• Wear face mask (at least 3-ply surgical mask, preferably N95 mask) and face shield at all times; 
• Bring 70% ethyl alcohol for hand disinfection;
• Avoid close contacts like “beso-beso”, hugging, handshake, and directly touching other persons;
• Avoid touching one’s eyes, nose, and mouth;
• When sneezing and/or coughing, facial tissues must be used to wipe the nose and mouth areas. Dispose of used facial tissues properly; and
• Avoid spitting in public, on floors, and along corridors.

• Calculators which are programmable or with embedded functions especially CASIO FX991ES and CASIO FX-991ES plus.
• Apple, Samsung and other smart watches, cellular phones, ear plugs, transmitters, portable computers, Bluetooth and other electronic devices which may be used for communication purposes are prohibited.
• Bags of any kind are not allowed.

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Criminology releases the list of room assignments for the December 2022 Criminologist Licensure Exam (CLE) a few weeks before the exams.

The Criminology board exams will be conducted on December 4-6, 2022 at PRC testing centers located at National Capital Region, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Kidapawan, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Cauayan, Antique, Dumaguete City, San Jose Occidental Mindoro and Palawan.

The Board of Criminology is headed by its Chairman, Hon. Ramil G. Gabao (inhibited) and its members, Hon. George O. Fernandez, Hon. Lani T. Palmones and Hon. Warren M. Corpuz.

• Books, notes, review materials, and other printed materials containing coded information or formulas

Board exams during the COVID-19 pandemic

The following precautionary health and safety guidelines shall be observed at all times during the conduct of the PRC licensure exams:

• Wearing of face mask and face shield. Examinees are also required to bring alcohol-based sanitizers.
• Examination personnel shall be provided with face mask, face shield and latex gloves.
• Observe physical distancing by maintaining 1-meter distance from one another.
• Body temperature will be checked using thermal scanner prior to entry at examination premises. Those with fever, colds or cough are not allowed to take the exams. Their payment will not be forfeited and can be used in the next licensure exam.
• Examinees are advised to bring their food as they will not be allowed to exit the examination room during break time and lunch time.
• Examinees shall sanitize before entering the examination room, after using the rest room and before distribution of test questionnaires.

PRC added that they will not be responsible of any lost personal belongings.

How to Check PRC Room Assignment for Licensure Examination

PRC Room Assignment is the classroom number, floor number, school name, and school address where the examinees will take the board examination. PRC releases the room assignment from a few days to 1 week before the examination date to inform each examinee about the specific venue of their examination.

To check PRC Room Assignment for licensure examination, go to PRC’s official website, then tap the Room Assignment link, browse the licensure examination schedules, and tap “View Room Assignment.” Below are the 3 steps to check your room assignment on the PRC website.

Step 1: Visit the PRC Website then go to Room Assignment

The official website of the Professional Regulation Commission is www.prc.gov.ph. Open your favorite web browser and type the mentioned URL on the address bar then hit enter on your keyboard.

On the homepage, you will see the “Room Assignment” link underneath the “Examination eServices” on the PRC website’s left sidebar.  Tap the link as it will redirect you to the Room Assignment page.

Step 2: Browse the List of Licensure Examination Schedules

Using your mouse’s scroll wheel scroll up or down the page to browse the licensure examination schedules. Keep scrolling until you find the name of the licensure examination you will take, the dates, and the exam place.

As you may notice on the webpage, PRC conducts multiple examinations on similar given dates. What’s different is the “Exam Place” so make sure that choose the correct exam place. Otherwise, you won’t find your name on the wrong ones.

Once you find your examination details, tap the “View Room Assignment” link adjacent to it so will see the complete detail of the examination room assigned to you (in PDF format).

Step 3: View your Room Assignment

You will see in the PDF document the board examination name (for example LET, Engineer, MedTech, CPA, Medicine), dates of the exam, Room/Grp number, Floor number, building name, school name, and school address. Furthermore, the PDF document will show your Seat number, your complete name, and the school you have attended.

Read carefully and double-check the details of the information written on the PDF copy of the room assignment.

What should I do once I know the PRC Room Assignment?

Once you know the PRC Room Assignment, you should visit the venue prior to the testing day. Determine the modes of transportation that you will use to get to the venue efficiently. This will help you to be prepared and lessen your worry on the actual test day.

Measure the travel time to get to the venue from your place of origin. Doing so will help you determine when you should leave your place on the test day. The Professional Regulation Commission reminds examinees to report to their respective room assignments before 6:30 am every examination day.

How to Apply for Board Examination in PRC?

To apply for Board Examination in PRC , a candidate should create and log in to their LERIS account. Afterward, tap the “Select Transaction” button on the top right corner of the page. In the pop-up menu, select “Examination” in the choices.

How to Get a Passing Grade on Licensure Exam?

To get a passing grade on the licensure exam, you should prepare for the licensure exam by reviewing the subjects covered in the test. Also, you have to review at home, attend the review center course or refresher course, pray, and practice answering sample exam questions.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has yet to release the room assignments for the examinees for the July 2024 Criminology Licensure Exam (CLE).

The three-day exam will be conducted on July 31, August 1, & 2, 2024 in different testing centers located at National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Antique, Bacolod, Bayambang, Bohol, Cauayan, Dumaguete, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Kidapawan and Occidental Mindoro.

CLE REMINDER

Examinees are required to arrive before 6:30 a.m. on exam days. Late examinees will not be admitted.

Examinees should bring the following: a Notice of Admission (NOA), an Official Receipt, pencils No. 1 and 2, black ball pens, a metered-stamped window mailing envelope, and long brown and long plastic envelopes (non-colored).

The examinees are required to submit a copy of the proof of full vaccination (1 or 2 doses depending on the vaccine received plus booster or based on the latest definition of “Fully Vaccinated”), RT-PCR test for those who are not fully vaccinated, or Certificate of Completion of Isolation, as the case may be, to the proctor on examination day.

If the examinee recently contracted COVID-19, a Certificate of Completion of Isolation or its equivalent signed by any of the following must be submitted:

1. Duly licensed Physician (government or private physician);

2. Municipal Health Officer, Provincial Health Officer or City Health Officer;

3. Designated Barangay Health Emergency Response Team (BHERTs) Officer or  Barangay Health Worker visiting the residence of the examinee or examination personnel.

The above-stated requirements are mandatory, and if the examinee fails to present EITHER of the three, he or she shall not be allowed to take the licensure examination.

The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 8 out of 26 passed the Veterinarians Special Professional Licensure Examination given by the Board of Veterinary Medicine in: Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates ; and Singapore last June 2024 .

The members of the Board of Veterinary Medicine who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Tomas M. Acorda , Officer-In-Charge; Dr. Agnes Teodora A. Baylon and Dr. Claro N. Mingala , Members.

Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope.  Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
