Audison Thesis car audio amplifiers are more than just a study in technology. The Audison Thesis car amplifier programme genuinely pushes the boundaries of car audio excellence and rewrites the rules of car audio amplification.
Description
Technical features, “the amplifier”, hv venti originates from the merging of two legends: hr 100 musicality and hv sedici power blend together to give life to the amplifier par excellence.
Each product, even of high quality, is subject to constraints defined in the design phase, based on the needs of the market. The difference between Thesis HV venti and any other amplifier is very simple, we have not applied any constraints.
Thesis HV venti was born with a unique target, to be the best amplifier in the world!
It represents the maximum expression of the Audison R&D staff, who have pushed themselves beyond the absolute without any brakes, looking for the perfect sound parameteres.
HV venti is a stereo Dual Mono amplifier realized according to absolute Hi End parameters. Four power supplies, low feedback, high bias current: these are only some of the adopted solutions to obtain reference performances.
Through the developing of HV venti project many technological innovations were introduced in audio field. Dual Power lets you set up final stage in two output power configurations, Hi Current or Hi Power. This function permits total conformation to loudspeakers impedance and power handling specifications.
The preamplifier PCB is able to dissipate the heat generated by the active devices while keeping their working temperature at the same level and positively affecting sound. In order to let you admire the masterpiece Audison designers created the electronics is covered by a special tempered scratchproof glass and it is lighted by several white, red and blue leds positioned in strategic spots.

According to the definition of HiRes audio provided by JAS (Japan Audio Society – jas-audio.or.jp), HV venti far exceed the above 40 kHz bandwith analog requirement, providing an astonishing 5 ÷ 75k Hz (@ -3 dB, 2 VRMS, 4 Ω).
Unique output power stage topology, FUNCTION discrete IGBT, realized with a complementary pair of Hitachi DMOS driving two pair of complementary Sanken power BJT, each rated for 30A peak current and 200W dissipation.
A revolutionary function allowing the user to select the amplifiers output power configuration and the operating class.
Four Synchro-PWM power supplies allow for a very fast transient current response and to create a Dual Mono configuration.
Fully balanced JFET differential preamplifier inputs with output buffer for control unit.

Times when look was not the factor for showing off your trunk. Western Grebes nest in breeding colonies and traditional nest monitoring methods cause substantial disturbance to the breeding colony. We explored a non-invasive technique to estimate nest survival and to identify the factors that influence nest survival. We used a small unmanned aerial system (drone) to map and monitor the largest grebe colony in Idaho at Cascade Reservoir. We conducted six flights between 20 June – 11 July 2018 and used the photographs from each flight to create an orthomosaic image that we then digitized and georeferenced. We used the orthomosaic images to assess fine-scale habitat selection for 940 nests as well as recreate nest histories and estimated nest fate for 709 grebe nests. We created a resource selection function using use/non-use data to assess nesting habitat preference. Similarly, we used program MARK to model nest survival. We found that Western Grebes preferred to nest in water between 40-80cm and probability of use increased as distance to open water increased. Our nest survival analysis indicated that when extrapolated to a 30-day nesting cycle, our model estimated that nest success was 51.8%. Probability of nest survival was positively correlated with water depth at the nest and the aggregation index, and negatively correlated with distance between the nest and the colony center and distance to deep water habitat. The results of this study can be used to inform conservation efforts by identifying which habitat characteristics Western Grebes are selecting for as well as identifying areas of the colony that are most. Behavioral and environmental factors affecting nest site selection and nest survival in a colonial nesting waterbird. Theses and Dissertations Collection, University of Idaho Library Digital Collections. https://www.lib.uidaho.edu/digital/etd/items/lachman_idaho_0089n_11703.html Western grebe (Aechmophorus occidentalis) populations in North America declined by 90% between 1970 and 2017. Western Grebes nest in breeding colonies and traditional nest monitoring methods cause substantial disturbance to the breeding colony. We explored a non-invasive technique to estimate nest survival and to identify the factors that influence nest survival. We used a small unmanned aerial system (drone) to map and monitor the largest grebe colony in Idaho at Cascade Reservoir. We conducted six flights between 20 June – 11 July 2018 and used the photographs from each flight to create an orthomosaic image that we then digitized and georeferenced.
