HSC 2021 Accounting Assignment Answer

DUE to COVID-19 Corona Virus, The National Curriculum and Textbook Board published a short syllabus for Business Studies Group Accounting Subjects earlier this year (in January 2021), effective immediately.

It is available on the websites of the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. As a result, following this short syllabus, the Department of Secondary and Higher Education will publish the assignments for this subject on its website.

For Accounting subjects, the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) has stated that students must complete a total of ten assignments. Additionally, the DSHE will distribute five assignments for the first Paper and five for the second Paper, with the first Paper being distributed first. 

Because of COVID-19, students are now required to participate in the Assignment Work, worth 50 Marks, for the HSC Exam in 2021 and 50 Marks For the Multiple Choice Question Test, which will be held in November 2021.

Because it will now count toward their grade point average on the HSC Exam in the year 2021, students must complete the Assignment solutions as soon as possible after receiving the assignment question. Consequently, DSHE is reducing the number of chapters to make the Syllabus more manageable for students and accommodate the limited time available for the HSC Exam in Bangladesh, which will be held in 2021. Therefore, the Accounting 1st Paper Subjects Chapter is reduced to only Five Chapters. These five chapters are: Second (হিসাবের বইসমূহ), Third (ব্যাংক সমন্বয় বিবরণী), Fourth (রেওয়ামিল), Eighth (দৃশ্যমান সম্পদের হিসাবরক্ষণ), Ninth (আর্থিক বিবরণী)। As a result, DSHE will only include questions from these five chapters in the Accounting 1st Paper Weekly Assignment Question. জুন ২০- ঘোষ অ্যান্ড সন্স এর নিকট থেকে পণ্য ক্রয় ৯০০০ টাকা যার ৫০% ধারে। 

জুন ২৩- ঘোষ অ্যান্ড সন্স কে তার পাওনা পরিশোধ করা হলো এবং ২০০ টাকা বাট্টা পাওয়া গেল। 

জুন ২৬- ৩০০০০ টাকার পণ্য নগদে বিক্রয় করা হলো।

হিসাব চক্র বলতে হিসাববিজ্ঞানের ধারাবাহিক কার্যপ্রক্রিয়া কে বুঝায়।  হিসাববিজ্ঞান চলমান প্রতিষ্ঠান ধারণা অনুসারে প্রতিষ্ঠান এর কার্যাবলী অনন্ত কাল ধরে চলতে থাকবে । এই অনির্দিষ্ট জীবনকে হিসাব কাকে বলে।  প্রত্যেক হিসাবকাল হিসাব সংক্রান্ত কার্যাবলী ধারাবাহিকভাবে চক্রাকারে সংঘটিত হয়।  হিসাব সংক্রান্ত কার্যাবলী এই পর্যায়ক্রমিক ধারাবাহিকতা এবং এদের পুনরাবৃত্তিকে হিসাব চক্র বলে। 

লেনদেন চিহ্নিতকরণঃ হিসাবচক্রের সর্ব প্রথম ধাপ হলো লেনদেন চিহ্নিতকরণ।  যেসব ঘটনা প্রতিষ্ঠান আর্থিক অবস্থার পরিবর্তন ঘটায় তাকে আর্থিক ঘটনা বা লেনদেন বলে।  এ কারবার প্রতিষ্ঠান এর অসংখ্য ঘটনা থেকে  আর্থিক ঘটনাগুলো সনাক্ত করা হিসাবচক্রের প্রথম ধাপ। 

 জাবেদা ভূক্তকরণঃ  হিসাব চক্রের ধাপ হলো জাবেদা ভূক্তকরণ। এ পর্যায়ে প্রতিটি লেনদেনের ডেবিট ও ডেবিট ও ক্রেডিট নির্ণয় করে  তারিখের ক্রমানুসারে ব্যাখ্যাসহ হিসাবের প্রাথমিক বইতে লিপিবদ্ধ করা কে জাবেদা বলে। 

খতিয়ানভুক্ত করণঃ  এটি হিসাবচক্রের তৃতীয় ধাপ।  জাবেদা ভুক্ত করার পর একটি নির্দিষ্ট হিসাব বইতে সমজাতীয় লেনদেনগুলোকে শিরোনামে পৃথক পৃথকভাবে  লিপিবদ্ধ করা হলে  তাকে খতিয়ানভুক্ত করন বলে। 

 রেওয়ামিল প্রস্তুতকরণঃ হিসাববিজ্ঞানের চতুর্থ ধাপ হলো রেওয়ামিল প্রস্তুতকরণ। এ পর্যায়ে খতিয়ানভুক্ত হিসাবের ডেবিট ও ক্রেডিট উদ্বত্ত নিয়ে তালিকাভুক্ত করা হলে তাকে রেওয়ামিল বলে।  খতিয়ান হিসাবের গাণিতিক শুদ্ধতা যাচাই এর লক্ষ্যে এবং আর্থিক বিবরণী প্রণয়ন সহজতর করার জন্য রেওয়ামিল প্রস্তুত করা হয়। 

সমন্বয় দাখিলাঃ  রেওয়ামিল প্রস্তুত এরপর একটি নির্দিষ্ট হিসাব কালের সঠিক নিট লাভ নির্ণয় করার জন্য  বকেয়া ও অগ্রিম আয়-ব্যয় গুলো সমন্বয় করতে যে জাবেদা দাখিলা  প্রদান করা হয় তাকে সমন্বয় জাবেদা বলে।

প্রিমিয়াম জেনারেল স্টোর এর হিসাবের বই থেকে ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২০ তারিখে নিম্নে উল্লিখিত খতিয়ানের জের সংগ্রহ করা হয়:

• মূলধন ৩০,০০০ টাকা; বিক্রয় খতিয়ানের জের ২০,০০০ টাকা।
• নগদ তহবিল (১-১-২০২০) ১০,০০০ টাকা।
• ভাড়া খরচ ১৭,০০০ টাকা;
• ব্যাংক জমা (৩১-১২-২০২০) ৮,০০০ টাকা, নগদ তহবিল (৩১-১২-২০২০) ১২,০০০ টাকা।
• কমিশন আয় ২০,০০০ টাকা।
• ক্রয় খতিয়ানের জের ১৬,০০০ টাকা; যন্ত্রপাতি ২৪,০০০ টাকা।

• ১) বিক্রয় হিসাবে ৪,৫০০ টাকা কম লেখা হয়েছে।
• ২} ক্যাশ বাক্স থেকে ১০,০০০ টাকা হারিয়ে যায়, যা হিসাবভূক্ত হয়নি।
• ৩) পণ্য ক্রয় ৭০০০ টাকা, ক্রয় হিসাবে ২,০০০ টাকা ডেবিট করা হয়েছে।
• ৪) ৯,০০০ টাকা মূল্যের যন্ত্রপাতি ক্রয়, ক্রয় হিসাবে হিসাবভূক্ত হয়েছে।
• ৫) ভাড়া ২,০০০ টাকা প্রদান করে, ভাড়া হিসাবে ক্রেডিট করা হয়েছে।
• ৬) মালিক কর্তৃক পণ্য উত্তোলন ৫০০ টাকা ভুলবশত উত্তোলন হিসাবে ৫,০০০ টাকা ডেবিট করা হয়েছে।

বিভিন্ন প্রকার ভুল সম্পর্কিত ধারণা

করণিক ভুল : এ জাতীয় ভুল সাধারণত হিসাবরক্ষক ও তার বিভাগীয় কর্মচারীদের অসাবধানতার বা অদক্ষতার কারণে হয়ে থাকে। করণিক ভুল কি আবার চার ভাগে ভাগ করা যায়, 

১। বাদ পড়ার ভুল :

লেনদেন সংঘটিত হওয়া সত্বেও তা ভুলে প্রাথমিক হিসাব বইয়ের লেখা না হলে খতিয়ানের কোন হিসাবে লিপিবদ্ধ হবে না ।আবার লেনদেন প্রাথমিক বইয়ের লিপিবদ্ধ হলেও তা খতিয়ানের কোন দিকে তথা ডেবিট বা ক্রেডিট কোথাও লিপিবদ্ধ করা হলো না। এজাতীয় ভুল কে বাদ পড়ার ভুল বলা হয়। এ ধরনের ভুলের কারণে জামিলের উভয়দিকে কম টাকা লেখা হবে ফলে জামিল মিলে যাবে কিন্তু ভুল থেকে যাবে। যেমন মিস্টার সীমান্তের নিকট বাকিতে পণ্য বিক্রয় ৫০০০ টাকায় টিভি ক্রয় বইতে মোটেও লিখা হলোনা। ফলের খতিয়ানের কোথাও তোলা হলো না। কিন্তু রেওয়ামিল  মিলে যাবে। 

২। লেখার ভুল :

প্রাথমিক হিসাবের বই তে কোন লেনদেনের অর্থের পরিমাণ কমবেশি লেখা হলে তার খতিয়ানের সংশ্লিষ্ট হিসাবের উভয় দিকেই উক্ত কম বা বেশি লেখা হবে ।এ ভুলের কারণে রেওয়ামিল মিলে যেতে কোন অসুবিধা হবে না। যেমন রতনের নিকট ৫০০০ টাকা পণ্যদ্রব্য বিক্রয় করা হয়েছিল যদি বিক্রয় বইতে ৫০০০ টাকার জায়গায় ৫০০০০ টাকা লিখা হয় তাহলে রতন হিসাব ও বিক্রয় হিসাব উভয় হিসাবে ৪৫০০০ টাকা বেশি লেখা হবে এবং রেওয়ামিল মিলে যাবে।

৩। বেদাখিলার ভুল :.

প্রাথমিক হিসাবের বই হতে খতিয়ানের হিসাবে স্থানান্তরের সময় একটি হিসাব এর পরিবর্তে অন্য একটি হিসাবের সঠিক দিকে টাকার অংক লেখা হলে যে ভুল হয় তাকে বেদাখিলার  ভুল বলে। এজাতীয় ভুল রেওয়ামিলে ধরা পড়বে না। যেমন কালামের নিকট হতে ২০০০০টাকা নগদ পাওয়া গেল.।এটি ডেবিট দিকে নগদান হিসেবে ঠিকই লেখা হয়েছে কিন্তু ক্রেডিট দিকে কালামের পরিবর্তে সালামের হিসাবে  ক্রেডিট করা হয়েছে। এতেও রেওমিল মিলে যাবে কিন্তু হিসাবে গরমিল থেকে যাবে। 

৪। পরিপূরক ভুল :

হিসাবরক্ষকের অজ্ঞাতসারে একটি ভুল অন্য একটি ভুল দাখিলা দ্বারা উভয় দিকে সমান হয়ে গেলে তাকে পরিপূরক ভুল বলা হয়। যেমন শিহাবের হিসাবে ৫০০ টাকা ডেবিট হওয়ার কথা ছিল ভুলে এটি ৫০০ টাকা ডেবিট হয়ে গেছে। আবার জামিলের হিসাবে 5000 টাকা ক্রেডিট হওয়ার কথা ছিল ভুলে ৫০০০ টাকা ক্রেডিট হয়ে গেছে ফলে উভয় দিকে ৪৫০০ টাকা কম লেখা হয়েছে কিন্তু এ ভুলের জন্য রেওয়ামিল  মিলে যাবে।
