• Malaysian Theses Online (MyTO)

MyTO is an electronic theses dissertation (ETD) initiative to manage the collection of theses and dissertations of public and private universities in Malaysia. MyTO was established at the end of 2005 to be a central repository of Malaysian theses and to share the collection of theses between academic libraries in Malaysia electronically. MyTO provides easy access and retrieval through search engines that retrieve accurate search results by simple search, combination of Boolean operators, full-text search and provide the browsing feature. MyTO also provides several format of theses access for the user such as abstract, 24 pages full-text and complete full-text.

Access This resource is not maintained or operated by OUM and is freely available to the general public via the Internet.

Undergraduate Project Report

The PTTA Digital Archive aims to organise, preserve and provide access to the research and scholarly works of UTHM community. 6. Malaysian Academic Library IR

• MALRep includes more than 480k records representing digital resources from more than 25 contributors. The records of the open access digital resources available via MALRep lead to a wide range of materials, and include: Journal articles, Newspapers, Manuscripts, Digital text, Photographic images (jpeg, tiff, gif), theses and research papers.

• Compilation of theses collection compiled from public academic universities and university colleges as well as private academic universities.

8. MyJournal

• MyJurnal is provided by the Malaysian Citation Centre, Ministry of Education, Malaysia. MyJurnal contains bibliographic data and full text contents of articles published in refereed scholarly journals in Malaysia, in various disciplines such as Sciences, Technology, Medicine, Social Sciences and Humanities. These articles include review papers, research notes, technical papers and working papers.

• Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Institutional Repository (UTM-IR) is a digital collection of the University’s intellectual or research output. Institutional repositories centralize, collect, preserve, and comply to open access concept of accessing collection of scholarly materials that showcases the research output of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia communities.

Browse-able Theses Collection

Theses collection in the Library comprises of Master and PhD theses of IIUM, non-IIUM theses produced by the IIUM faculty members and Islamic theses. Theses must be deposited to the Library in digital and print format. Print copies are kept under controlled access and available upon request. Commencing Sept 2013, users are allowed to  enter the room and browse the theses on the shelves. Besides the print format, the first 24 pages of the online theses can be viewed from the Library homepage. The full text theses can be accessed from any of the six (6) dedicated PCs available on all the 4 floors of the main  Library.

Browse-able Theses Collection– General Rules and Regulations

This service is opened to the Islamic University Malaysia library’s customers only. Priority is given to post-graduate students.Customers who wish to use this service should leave their matriculation card at the multimedia counter.

• External users (non-IIUM staff and students) who wish to use the browse-able theses shall be imposed RM20.00  as service charge. The payment has to be made at the Circulation Counter at level 2. The receipt must be shown to the Multimedia Counter staff before entering the Theses Collection room.
• Theses collection is for reference only.
• Customers are not allowed to bring theses out of this room.
• Mutilation of items is an offence and liable for disciplinary action.
• Illegal reproduction of the thesis is strictly prohibited.

What are uum theses and dissertations.

They're growing collection of post graduates theses produced by UUM researchers. The collection comprises titles digitized from print holdings and items first submitted electronically from 1986 in various subject taught in the university. Most of the full text is made available only by contacting the author or responsible authority of the item from the link provided in each of the items detail entitled Request a Copy (where applicable).

For printed collection, you can obtain the material from the Special Collection at Level 3 (Floor 2), New Library building.

How to search printed theses and dissertations? (PRINTED)

STEP 1 : Sea rch theses and dissertations through LibSearch by using keyword, title, author or subject. ( https://library.uum.edu.my/ )

STEP 2 :   The result shows the lists of theses and dissertations that hit the keyword.

STEP 3 :   Ch eck the bibliographic information such as title, author, date of publication, subject whether it related with your needs or not. If yes, note the call number of the theses to search the printed theses on the shelves.

STEP 4 : Go  to Special Collection (Theses & Dissertation) at level 2 (New Building) and search printed theses on the shelves by using call number.

How to search electronic theses and dissertations? (ONLINE)

STEP 1 :  Go to https://library.uum.edu.my/uum-resources/  OR Direct access at  http://etd.uum.edu.my/  

STEP 2 : Y ou can browse the thesis's title by author, subject, division or year of publication or search directly at the search bar.

STEP 3: If  the thesis with the status Restricted to Repository Staff Only  means that the author didn't give the permission to publish his/her thesis online. You may click at ' Request a copy' button to request a full-text version from the author.

STEP 4 :   If  the thesis with the  Download button,  means that it can be downloaded by anyone without username and password. It called as O PEN ACCESS thesis.

Untuk menjaga dan mempertahankan kondisi jembatan agar tetap dalam kondisi fungsional, maka diperlukan pemeliharaan jembatan. Permasalahan dinegara berkembang seperti Indonesia adalah terbatasnya dana yang tersedia, oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu prioritas dalam penyusunan program pemeliharaan jembatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan struktur hirarki dan menentukan ukuran kuantitatif dari masing-masing kriteria dan subkriteria pada struktur hirarki untuk menyusun skala prioritas dengan mengambil studi kasus di Satker PJN Metropolitan Denpasar dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process. Kriteria yang berpengaruh yaitu i). kriteria sistem jaringan (subkriterianya yaitu: kondisi jembatan (A1), fungsi jembatan (A2) dan material penyusun bangunan atas jembatan (A3)), ii). kriteria sistem kelembagaan (subkriterianya antara lain biaya pemeliharaan (B1), tertuang dalam renstra (B2) dan sejarah pemeliharaan jembatan (B3)), iii).kriteria sistem tata guna lahan (subkriterianya antara lain: menuju kawasan strategis transportasi (C1), menuju kawasan strategis pariwisata (C2) dan menuju kawasan strategis tempat suci/warisan budaya dan alam (C3)) serta iv).kriteria sistem pergerakan dengan sub kriteria LHR (D1) dan penyempitan jalan (D2) Dari analisis diperoleh hasil:19 jembatan menempati skala prioritas sangat tinggi, 16 jembatan dengan skala prioritas tinggi, 19 jembatan dengan skala prioritas sedang, 15 jembatan dengan skala prioritas rendah dan 17 jembatan dengan skala prioritas sangat rendah. Hasil diperoleh dengan formula penentuan prioritas pemeliharaan jembatan yaitu: Y = 23,74A1 + 7,05A2 + 5,01A3 + 4,13B1 + 3,87B2 + 6,39B3 + 12,4C1 + 5,22C2 + 5,38C3 + 10,61D1 + 16,19D2. This study was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction by word of mouth (WOM) as an intervening variable in PT Antarmitra Sembada, Jakarta. Data were collected from 100 respondents PT Antarmitra Sembada customers using accidental sampling method, then processed using SPSS version 23 with Path Analysis technique uses micro PROCESS. The results showed that the value prob. Service Quality of 0.0000 or less than alpha of 0.05, which means there is influence between the Quality of Service of the KP (Customer Satisfaction). Value prob. WOM is equal to 0.0168 or smaller than alpha of 0.05, which means there is the influence of WOM against KP. Indirectly WOM variables may mediate the effect of Quality of Service to KP because the value BootLLCI and BootULCI equally be positive. The implication of this research is PT Antarmitra Sembada must continue to maintain and improve service quality to increase customer satisfaction. Thus, marketing through word of mouth can be improved if the customer satisfaction also increased, so the media can be an effective communication and marketing for the company's progress and face the increasingly fierce business competition. Abstrak : Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan word of mouth (WOM) sebagai variabel intervening pada PT Antarmitra Sembada, Jakarta. Data yang dikumpulkan dari 100 responden pelanggan PT Antarmitra Sembada menggunakan metode accidental sampling, kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 23 dengan teknik Analisis Path menggunakan micro PROCESS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai prob. Kualitas Pelayanan sebesar 0.0000 atau lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh antara Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap KP (Kepuasan Pelanggan). Nilai prob. WOM adalah sebesar 0.0168 atau lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh antara WOM terhadap KP. Secara tidak langsung variabel WOM dapat memediasi pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap KP karena nilai BootLLCI dan BootULCI sama-sama bernilai positif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan PT Antarmitra Sembada harus terus mempertahankan dan meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan demikian pemasaran melalui word of mouth dapat ditingkatkan apabila kepuasan pelanggan juga meningkat, sehingga dapat menjadi media komunikasi dan pemasaran yang efektif untuk kemajuan perusahaan dan menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Hipotesis Penelitian merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam kehidupan. Dengan dilakukan penelitian maka dihasilkan berbagai macam ilmu pengetahuan yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh manusia. Untuk melakukan penelitian maka harus dilewati berbagai tahapan. Hal ini sesuai dengan pengertian penelitian ilmiah itu sendiri yakni menjawab masalah berdasarkan metode yang sistematis. Salah satu hal penting yang dilakukan terutama dalam penelitian kuantitatif adalah merumuskan hipotesis. Dengan dilakukannya penelitian, maka peneliti akan menemukan sebuah kebenaran yang mana kebenaran tersebut akan dijadikan pedoman dalam penelitian. Penelitian yang merumuskan hipotesis adalah penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sebab dalam penelitian kuantitatif dimaksudkan untuk menguji hipotesis. Berbeda dengan penelitian kualitatif. Pada penelitian kualitatif tidak dirumuskan hipotesis, akan tetapi justru diharapkan dapat ditemukan hipotesis atau teori. Penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kuntitatif yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan secara langsung pada suatu objek yang akan diteliti. Pendekatan kuantitatif merupakan penelitian yang dapat memberikan jawaban atas penelitian (menguji). Penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif sanga dominan dalam penugasan suatu tugas karya ilmiah suatu mahasiswa. Pendekatan kuantitatif dapat memberikan keabsahan dalam sebuah penelitian. Pendekatan kuantitatif dalam penelitian tidak membutuhkan sebuah teori/pemikiran. Begitu sebaliknya, penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif tidak begitu digunakan oleh seorang peneliti. Pendekatan kualitatif dalam sebuah penelitian tingkat kebenarannya perlu dipertimbangkan. Pendekatan kualitatif pada penelitian hanya mengedepankan sebuah teori untuk pengujiannya. Pendekatan yang bersifat kualitatif tidak cocok/tidak dapat digunakan dalam sebuah penelitian, yang mana dalam sebuah penelitian akan ditemukannya sebuah kebenaran yang dapat dijadikan pedoman dalam pengujiannya. Penulis dalam penelitian kali ini, meneliti tentang hipotesis yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan karakter siswa dalam ranah pendidikan. Hipotesis berasal dari dua penggalan kata, yaitu " hypo " yang artinya " di bawah " dan " thesa " yang artinya " kebenaran ". Dengan demikian hipotesis secara sederhana dapat dipahami sebagai suatu pernyataan yang pada waktu diungkapkan belum diketahui kebenarannya. Dalam sebuah penelitian, hipotesis umumnya dirumuskan untuk menjawab secara sementara masalah yang akan diteliti. Jadi, hipotesis adalah jawaban sementara terhadap rumusan masalah penelitian yang akan diteliti. 1 Jawaban sementara terhadap sautu penelitian belum bisa diambil kebenarannya untuk dijadikan acuan/pedoman dalam penulisan artikel/journal. Hipotesis hanya berupa penelitian yang belum terlihat keabsahannya. Agar terjadi penelitian yang mempunyai suatu kebenaran. Pendidikan karakter adalah suatu sistem penanaman nilai-nilai karakter kepada warga yang meliputi komponen pengetahuan, kesadaran atau kemauan, dan tindakan untuk melaksanakan nilai-nilai tersebut, baik terhadap Allah, diri sendiri, sesama, lingkungan, maupun kebangsaan sehingga menjadi manusia insan kamil. Karakter adalah respon langsung yang dilakukan seseorang terhadap setiap stimulus yang datang dalam keadaan sadar. Kata karakter berasal dari bahasa Yunani, yaitu caracteer yang berarti tanda, ciri atau gambaran yang diukir. Oleh karena itu, hakikat dari pendidikan karakter dalam konteks pendidikan di Indonesia adalah pendidikan nilai, yakni pendidikan nilai-nilai luhur yang bersumber dari budaya bangsa Indonesia sendiri, dalam rangka membina kepribadian generasi muda. 2 Karakter yang dimiliki oleh generasi muda di bangsa Indonesia tercinta kurang baik, banyak generasi muda dalam ranah pendidikan pada saat proses

Mixed-matrix membranes (MMMs) have been reported to have considerable scope in gas separation applications because of their merged inherent strength of a durable polymer matrix and the exceptional performance capabilities of inorganic fillers. The selection of comparatively suitable polymers with fillers that can match each other and boost interfacial compatibility while ensuring uniform dispersion of filler within the polymer is still intensively demanding and is challenging at the experimental scale. Ionic liquids (ILs) are effective in promoting better dispersion and compatibility, leading to improved separation performance. A computational molecular simulation approach is employed in current work to design a hybrid membrane having Trioctapropyl phosphonium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide [P8883][Tf 2 N] IL decorated silica as a filler and 4,4′-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphthalic anhydride-4,4′-oxydianiline (6FDA-ODA) polymer for carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) separation from methane (CH 4 ). Thermophysical and gas transport properties under pure and mixed gas condition (30, 50, and 70% CO 2 /CH 4 ) within the MMMs with varying filler loadings (5, 10, and 15 wt% IL-silica) are examined via Grand Canonical Monte Carlo (GCMC) and Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations. Membrane characteristics like glass transition temperature ( T g ), Fractional Free Volume ( v f ), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), solubility, diffusivity, permeability, and selectivity for neat and IL-silica filled 6FDA-ODA are computed. The results show that the T g of the composite membrane with 5 wt% IL-silica is found to be considerably higher (with 305 °C) than that of the pure 6FDA-ODA polymer having 298 °C. A higher T g value highlights the effective dispersion and higher adhesion between the filler and polymer membrane. Additionally, CO 2 permeability for 5 wt% IL-silica/6FDA-ODA MMM is significantly improved, measuring 319.0 barrer while maintaining a CO 2 /CH 4 selectivity of 16.2. These values are 89% and 56% respectively, greater than the corresponding values of neat 6FDA-ODA membrane. Published data from the literature review is used to validate the findings and guarantee their reliability. The obtained results exhibited an error in the range of 0.7–9%. Hence, it is concluded from the study that molecular simulation can be used to design IL decorated silica incorporated within 6FDA-ODA matrix, which is able to boost the interfacial compatibility, with elevated CO 2 /CH 4 selectivity and CO 2 permeability.
