Instead of APA formatting, the writer used something middle between APA and MLA. As for the quality of the content, it seemed that one of my nephews was working on it. The paper had nothing to do with a profound research, relevant data from credible sources, meaningful examples or charts. It was a plain, structure-free text. If the company claims that the paper I got is high-quality, then what do they consider to be poor-quality ones? Did the essay I received meet my expectations and requirements? Not at all. Did I get at least a partial refund? The answer is the same. Unfortunately, after I confirmed an order and paid $65 for a 3-page essay delivered in 3 days, I lost the contact with the support agents. This website is out to scam your money! I asked for a 5 page research proposal in 5 days and paid for the top10 writers and all the other stuff. I kept extending the deadline because I knew it was a research proposal, but still they took 20 days extra!! When I finally got the paper it was about a similar but completely different subject! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Horrible Indian customer service and even after all of this they were refusing to give me my money back! They kept telling me no other representative was working and no manager was on site and there is no supervisor. This is the worst service and worst company I have ever seen. Someone should shut them down!!!!!!

What a terrible experience! I gave clear indications to the writer. This included 4 subtitles and a title. None of the subtitles were included in the essay and as a result, it turned out different than I anticipated.

Has anyone else not gotten this secondary yet?  

my school does offer a committee letter but I was advised that "I didn't really need one" because "most schools don't require it" by the head of the pre-health committee when I first applied several years ago. I just realized that the secondary asks me to explain why I don't have one. is this a good enough explanation?

This is probably a silly question but I just counted my community service hours on my (already submitted) app, and I have 988. so it's like 12 hrs short of the 1000 hours I saw mentioned. Will this be an issue?

How are you guys writing the direct patient care/contact experience descriptions? Are you just writing your responsibilities/duties?

Quick question for anyone who could help clarify, for the secondary question about entering the recommended coursework on question 4, do we include all of the classes on our transcript that fall under each category? For example, I have 4 English classes on my transcript but their website mentions having 2 semesters worth of English. Should I list all 4 or just 2? Also should I do a separate row for each class or put them all under the same row?

“Good report” – action on complaints against decisions, actions (inaction) of customs bodies and their officials in the field of customs. Is this action of the Tyumen customs on a quarterly basis to ensure the protection of rights, freedoms or legitimate rights of participants in foreign economic activities and physical persons transporting commodities through the customs border of the Eurasian economic Union.

How and where to file a complaint if You believe that a decision, action (inaction) of a customs authority violated Your rights, freedom or legitimate interests, created the obstacles to their implementation or unlawfully imposed any obligation?

As practice shows, the majority of participants of foreign economic activity use the judicial appeal procedure (appeal procedure with the greatest financial and time costs).

However, the Tyumen customs drew the attention of participants of foreign economic activities and physical persons to dispute resolution in the field of customs Affairs out of court. Institute for departmental appeal (in the superior customs authority) is an effective mechanism for the resolution of conflicts arising in customs relations.

The departmental appeal to the higher customs authority when compared to a judicial order of the appeal has several advantages:

the simplicity of the appeal;

– no cash outlay, including related to the payment of the state fee;

– responsiveness to complaints;

– does not preclude the subsequent filing of a complaint of similar content in the bankruptcy court, the court;

– professional competence of customs officials customs authorities considering the complaint;

– the decision on the appeal takes effect immediately subordinate to the customs authority has no right to challenge it.

Departmental (pre-trial) appeal procedure regulated by Federal law from 03 August 2018 No. 289-FZ “On customs regulation in the Russian Federation and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation” (hereinafter – the Law).

In accordance with part 1 of article 288 of the Law the complaint is filed to the customs body the customs body, the decision, action (inaction) which are appealed; appeal of a decision, action (inaction) of a customs post is submitted to the customs.

Part 1 of article 289 of the Act establishes a three-month deadline for filing complaints:

1) from the date when the person became aware or should have become aware of a violation of his rights, freedoms or legitimate interests, creating obstacles to their realization or illegal imposition on him of any responsibilities;

2) from the date of expiry of the period for acceptance by customs body of the decision or action should be prescribed by international treaties and acts in the sphere of customs regulation, the legislation of the Russian Federation on customs regulation.

In case of missing the deadline for appealing against the actions (inaction) specified term may be restored at the applicant’s request, if the customs authority acknowledges the reason for the missing to be respectful. A petition for restoration of term of the appeal shall be submitted in writing in a separate document simultaneously with the complaint or it may contain the text of the complaint. With this application, provided proof of the reasons for missing the deadline to appeal (part 2, 3 of article 289 of the Law).

According to part 1 of article 290 of the Act, the appeal shall be submitted to the customs authority in writing and must be signed by the applicant or his representative.

Complaint on decision, action (inaction) in the area of customs shall include:

1) the name of the customs authority the decision, actions (inaction) which are appealed;

2) the surname, name, patronymic (if available), place of residence of the individual or name of the legal entity filing the complaint, taxpayer identification number, its location;

3) the merits of the appealed decision, actions (inaction);

4) the grounds on which the person filing the complaint believes that his rights have been violated (part 3 of article 290 of the Act).

From 1 January 2022 , the complaint may be filed in electronic form.

The complaint must be considered by the customs body within one month from the date of its receipt by the customs body empowered to consider the complaint. A complaint filed without complying with the requirements of part 1 of article 288 of this Law, shall be considered by the customs body within two months from the date of its receipt in customs body, competent to consider the complaint (paragraph 1 of article 297 of the Law).

The decision of the customs authority on the appeal may be appealed to the higher customs authority and (or) the court (part 7 of article 298 of the Law).

Want to See Coral Reefs Grow? Freeze Them.

Dr. Kenkel is a marine biologist who has been studying Caribbean coral reefs since 2006.

Since 2018, my lab has transplanted hundreds of coral specimens to reefs in Florida to study what makes them grow. We have albums of photos documenting their lives, starting from branches no bigger than your finger to beautiful treelike adults as big as beach balls.

In June 2023, as water temperatures in Florida skyrocketed, my team rushed to our field sites — and found extreme bleaching (the loss of color signaling that corals are starving) and death already underway. Throughout the Florida Keys, corals were disappearing in an ocean that had become too hot for them to survive. We left our experiment running to find out what would happen. By November, 98 percent of our corals were dead.

This severe bleaching was just the latest blow to reefs already battered by storms, disease and the loss of other animals. In the 18 years I’ve studied reefs in the Florida Keys and the Caribbean, coral populations have continued to decline such that they can no longer recover naturally; I worry that even those few survivors from our project won’t last another summer in which water temperatures soar past 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Caribbean reefs are now in such dire condition that lifelong coral biologists are considering calling them a total loss and trying to replace native coral with species imported from the Pacific Ocean. I have a different take. I believe we can still stave off the complete collapse of Caribbean reefs. But we must act quickly to bank living coral in aquariums and stockpile their eggs and sperm in cryostorage for future I.V.F. efforts. If we abandon them in an increasingly inhospitable ocean, we put them at risk of extinction.

The goal is to buy time while we wait for the world to slow, and hopefully, one day reverse climate change. Banking and freezing coral may sound extreme, but it’s necessary — many of the remaining wild corals represent unique genetic combinations. Lose too many and the rest could go extinct just by chance. If we can’t rescue them, we could face the extinction of an entire ecosystem.

Last summer, there wasn’t a roster of emergency workers to help evacuate corals , much less aquariums fully prepared to receive them. Organizations such as Mote Marine Laboratory and the Florida Aquarium swiftly mobilized what tanks and teams they could. Those teams worked themselves to the breaking point.
