The trading events in the automotive industry across various countries worldwide encompass numerous interrelationships that have significant implications for decision-making regarding the capital allocation within the respective companies. Hence, this research aims to investigate and identify both fundamental and technical financial models of a renowned automotive company, Ford Motor Company. Ford Motor Company holds a 50% market capitalization share, representing approximately 3% of the Global GDP. In order to facilitate the analysis, this study will concentrate on the closing data of Ford Motor Company over a period of five years (2017-2021), utilizing random sampling techniques. The analysis will employ fundamental analysis tools, such as financial statement analysis, technical volatility assessment, and chart visualization. The findings of this study unveil that in 2020, Ford Motor Company exhibited the lowest payout gap of 0.15 in its EPS fundamental analysis compared to other years. Additionally, the company encountered a weak EBIT margin of 1.50%. These factors prompted investors to initiate the execution of the technical volatility process in normal prices, which was influenced by the ATM situation and the company's obligation to pay interest rates in 2020.

Due to global competition, companies have indeed emphasized that quality should have to be put in place, integrated into all aspects of products and services within their management system. Hence total quality management (TQM) has become increasingly popular as one of the managerial devices in ensuring continuous improvement as to improve customer satisfaction and retention as well as to ensure its product or service quality. Importantly, employees are regarded as the most important entity in ensuring that total quality management (TQM) can be carried out successfully in an organization. Therefore, this paper will address certain issues based on employees’ perspectives with regard to TQM implementation in the SMEs of the automobile industry in National Capital Region (NCR) of India. Specifically, the research would identify the perceptions towards TQM among the employees in the small-medium industry in the automobile sector. Secondly, to determine the important factors towards TQM implementation as perceived by those employees. Finally, to ascertain whether there are other measurements employed by the SMEs of the automobile industry in ensuring quality

TQM Journal

Dr. Vaishali Pagaria

ABSTARCT Total Quality Management (TQM) has been practised in several sectors from manufacturing to services. But its' importance in banking sector is in its initial stage and progress is little in the country like India. By providing better service quality in banks, higher organizational performance is expected through enhanced customer satisfaction. There is intense competition among public sector, private sector and foreign banks in India. So customer satisfaction plays a major role for survival in intense competition. The present research study is an attempt to assess the relationship between TQM and customer satisfaction, and therefore, the objective of the study is to understand the adopted TQM practices by the banking sector and to find out the association between the multidimensionality of TQM and customer satisfaction in Indian context. This research will provide constructive information that helps the practitioners to precisely identify areas of quality concerns and take corrective measures to enhance their level of customer satisfaction. INTRODUCTION In today's world, organisations are facing the growing challenges from global competition and more sophisticated customers in terms of what they want and their changing needs. Banking sector is not an exception in this. Banking sector has undergone intense competition and a revolutionary change in customers' expectations over the last few years, particularly after the adoption of New Economic Policy. The importance and increasing attention to service quality in banking sector is fully justified by the socio-political changes that have arisen. Amongst these changes, one can point to the economic globalization, which has brought about a reversal in consumer habits for banking services. Amongst the knock-on effects of these changes, which constitute a new form of bank customer behaviour, greater demands and financial culture are significant. These behaviours generate attitudes amongst customers with regard to the banks, which in turn affect these customers' assessment of the banking services and products offered.

FAISAL TALIB

In present scenario of globalization and economic slowdown, survival of organizations has become a challenging task for the management. Customers expect high product quality along with low cost, timely deliver and best service. In such a situation, total quality management in the organization is very relevant. This paper has tried to explore different issues affecting implementation of TQM, effect of TQM on performance and circumstances under which TQM fails. One hundred twenty research papers, mainly from referred international journals are reviewed to identify thrust areas of research. On the basis of review, gaps are identified and research agenda is proposed. This paper has identified certain gaps from literature on issues related with TQM such as development of framework for evaluating effectiveness of TQM, prioritization of critical success factors, comparative study of TQM and effect of TQM on performance of organizations from supply chain perspective etc on which further study can be conducted

This article is devoted to Moscow oblast and its interaction with Moscow. The latter largely explains the increased level of investment and retail turnover, and, most importantly, the attractiveness for the population. The share of Moscow oblast in the population and economy of the country is increasing against the background of depopulation of other regions of Central Russia. The uneven distribution of the population within Moscow oblast, which is converging closer to Moscow, is also growing. The maps of fractional municipal units show the dynamics of the population, the direction of its migration, as well as the change in the location of the manufacturing industry, retail trade and agricultural production. This reflects the decline in the role of industry in the municipalities closest to Moscow, while maintaining some large competitive enterprises, and the rapid development of logistics and trade. Industry, as well as agriculture, are relegated to the periphery of the region, where they enter into contradictory relationships with the expanding dacha use of the territory. The cities located to the northeast of Moscow (Mytishchi, Korolev, Pushkino, Ivanteevka, Sergiev Posad, etc.) are considered in more detail, including the change in their economic base and functions in the post-Soviet period.
