Create your presentation create personalized presentation content, writing tone, number of slides, ai presentation maker.
When lack of inspiration or time constraints are something you’re worried about, it’s a good idea to seek help. Slidesgo comes to the rescue with its latest functionality—the AI presentation maker! With a few clicks, you’ll have wonderful slideshows that suit your own needs . And it’s totally free!
Generate presentations in minutes
We humans make the world move, but we need to sleep, rest and so on. What if there were someone available 24/7 for you? It’s time to get out of your comfort zone and ask the AI presentation maker to give you a hand. The possibilities are endless : you choose the topic, the tone and the style, and the AI will do the rest. Now we’re talking!
Customize your AI-generated presentation online
Alright, your robotic pal has generated a presentation for you. But, for the time being, AIs can’t read minds, so it’s likely that you’ll want to modify the slides. Please do! We didn’t forget about those time constraints you’re facing, so thanks to the editing tools provided by one of our sister projects —shoutouts to Wepik — you can make changes on the fly without resorting to other programs or software. Add text, choose your own colors, rearrange elements, it’s up to you! Oh, and since we are a big family, you’ll be able to access many resources from big names, that is, Freepik and Flaticon . That means having a lot of images and icons at your disposal!
How does it work?
Think of your topic.
First things first, you’ll be talking about something in particular, right? A business meeting, a new medical breakthrough, the weather, your favorite songs, a basketball game, a pink elephant you saw last Sunday—you name it. Just type it out and let the AI know what the topic is.
Choose your preferred style and tone
They say that variety is the spice of life. That’s why we let you choose between different design styles, including doodle, simple, abstract, geometric, and elegant . What about the tone? Several of them: fun, creative, casual, professional, and formal. Each one will give you something unique, so which way of impressing your audience will it be this time? Mix and match!
Make any desired changes
You’ve got freshly generated slides. Oh, you wish they were in a different color? That text box would look better if it were placed on the right side? Run the online editor and use the tools to have the slides exactly your way.
Download the final result for free
Yes, just as envisioned those slides deserve to be on your storage device at once! You can export the presentation in .pdf format and download it for free . Can’t wait to show it to your best friend because you think they will love it? Generate a shareable link!
What is an AI-generated presentation?
It’s exactly “what it says on the cover”. AIs, or artificial intelligences, are in constant evolution, and they are now able to generate presentations in a short time, based on inputs from the user. This technology allows you to get a satisfactory presentation much faster by doing a big chunk of the work.
Can I customize the presentation generated by the AI?
Of course! That’s the point! Slidesgo is all for customization since day one, so you’ll be able to make any changes to presentations generated by the AI. We humans are irreplaceable, after all! Thanks to the online editor, you can do whatever modifications you may need, without having to install any software. Colors, text, images, icons, placement, the final decision concerning all of the elements is up to you.
Can I add my own images?
Absolutely. That’s a basic function, and we made sure to have it available. Would it make sense to have a portfolio template generated by an AI without a single picture of your own work? In any case, we also offer the possibility of asking the AI to generate images for you via prompts. Additionally, you can also check out the integrated gallery of images from Freepik and use them. If making an impression is your goal, you’ll have an easy time!
Is this new functionality free? As in “free of charge”? Do you mean it?
Yes, it is, and we mean it. We even asked our buddies at Wepik, who are the ones hosting this AI presentation maker, and they told us “yup, it’s on the house”.
Are there more presentation designs available?
From time to time, we’ll be adding more designs. The cool thing is that you’ll have at your disposal a lot of content from Freepik and Flaticon when using the AI presentation maker. Oh, and just as a reminder, if you feel like you want to do things yourself and don’t want to rely on an AI, you’re on Slidesgo, the leading website when it comes to presentation templates. We have thousands of them, and counting!.
How can I download my presentation?
The easiest way is to click on “Download” to get your presentation in .pdf format. But there are other options! You can click on “Present” to enter the presenter view and start presenting right away! There’s also the “Share” option, which gives you a shareable link. This way, any friend, relative, colleague—anyone, really—will be able to access your presentation in a moment.

Making presentations can be a long and tedious task, especially if you have to make them regularly. Fortunately, AI tools are now able to help. These tools all use AI to help generate entire presentations from scratch using nothing but the text that you give them.
If you’ve ever wanted to generate your presentations more efficiently, then these tools can help you do that. Here are some great tools that use AI to make presentations for you.
1. Decktopus AI
Decktopus is an AI-powered presentation generator that aims to simplify the process of making presentations for any situation, and getting started with it couldn't be easier. All you have to do is type out a description of what you want your presentation to be about. If you’re not sure, Decktopus can often provide some useful suggestions.
From there, Decktopus will help ask you several questions to generate a presentation tailored to your needs. Who the presentation is aimed at, what the aim of the presentation is, how long you want to be presenting for, and what template to use for the presentation are all questions you may receive.
Each of these questions comes with several pre-generated responses, but you can always input your own by typing out what it is that you want. Then, Decktopus will then have your presentation entirely generated based on your inputs. The results look good on their own, but you can also adjust the themes and colors.
On top of this, Decktopus also generates multiple layouts for its slides, so you can adjust it that way. If you really don’t like what Decktopus has created, you can also regenerate the presentation in its entirety to get a new AI response.
2. SlidesAI.io
If you’re looking for an AI presentation generator that works directly within Google Slides, then you can’t go wrong with SlidesAI.io. That's because SlidesAI.io is a Google Workspace add-on.
There are already Workspace add-ons that let you use ChatGPT on Google Sheets and Google Docs , and SlidesAI.io aims to do the same by letting you use AI to generate entire presentations in Google Slides.
With SlidesAI.io, all you have to do is enter some text for the add-on to work with. There's a character limit here for free users, though you can upgrade for a higher limit. The more words you use, the more consistent the results will be.
Alternatively, you can ask SlidesAI.io to create a presentation using just a simple title. The process here is much the same. There are also options to customize the look of SlidesAI.io within the add-on, though you can always adjust the look using Google Slides' in-built tools as well if you so wish.
If you’re looking for a comprehensive presentation tool full of features, then Tome might just be exactly what you’re looking for. Features such as custom themes, fonts, and logos, are all present with Tome. If you’re looking for collaborative tools or how to make a presentation more interactive , then you can find that too.
Tome has a ton of features to make your own presentations from scratch, but where Tome really excels is in its AI features. At the bottom of the presentation generation interface, you can access a ton of AI features.
This includes creating AI images to match your content, creating a new slide with your content, converting a document into a presentation, or simply making one from scratch. Tome works quickly and efficiently with these AI tools, and you can easily make impressive presentations in mere moments.
If you’re looking for something that can quickly generate a functioning presentation or slide show, then GPT_PPT is a great little tool for doing just that. To use GPT_PPT, all you have to do is sign up and type out what you want your presentation to be. From there, GPT_PPT will automatically create a brief PowerPoint covering the points that you laid out.
As you might imagine, GPT_PPT generates PowerPoint files. The results aren’t always the cleanest, and there’s no way to edit them from within the web page. Fortunately, you can always open them in PowerPoint to edit them yourself and tidy them up. If you already know some of these advanced Microsoft PowerPoint features that everyone must know , then making a stunning presentation out of them shouldn’t be hard.
5. Presentations.AI
Presentations.AI is an online presentation generation service that uses AI to create presentations for business. To get started, all you have to do is select an AI template, and Presentations.AI will handle the rest.
There are plenty of templates to choose from, and each can be customized. You can tell the AI what your business offers and what company you work for to get better results. From there, Presentations.AI handles the rest. From the template, the content of the slides, and everything in between, Presentations.AI will create your presentation for you.
If there’s anything you don’t like about the slides, there are options to change the type or style of the slides, and you can add points and edit what Presentations.AI has created as well.
ChatBA is an online AI presentation generation tool that allows you to quickly and easily create a complete presentation on just about any topic. With ChatBA, all you have to do is input the topic that you want a presentation on and leave the rest to the AI.
The options with ChatBA are somewhat limited, but good for quick and short use cases. The presentations generated tend to be under ten slides long, and there's no way to adjust the size in any way. If you're looking to adjust the look of your presentation, there are a variety of themes to choose from, but if you want to make any substantial changes, you'll have to do so manually.
ChatBA supports exporting in both PPTX and PDF file types, which is great if you already work in PowerPoint or are looking to present directly and want a PDF that you can easily share or present from.
7. MagicSlides
MagicSlides is a Google Slides add-on that aims to work like ChatGPT for your presentations. To use MagicSlides, all you have to do is enter your topic, though you can also include additional information such as reference material and instructions.
You can also choose to include images, which the AI will choose from Pexels. These images are entirely free-to-use, and match the content of the slide decently enough. The presentations produced with MagicSlides are pretty good. The content is organized by dot points and feels natural.
The looks, however, leave a little to be desired. There are options to adjust the theme when the presentation is generated, but they're not super easy to use. You can always use the theme features that are already present in Google Slides to fix this, however.
Make a Presentation Like Never Before
There are plenty of AI tools out there that can create presentations for you entirely from scratch. Whether you’re looking for a presentation you can bring up at your next meeting, a way to engage your colleagues, or just a faster way of making that next slideshow, there’s an AI presentation generator out there for you.

3 Best AI Tools for Making PPT Presentations
Making a visually good and well-researched PPT can take time and effort. With the AI tools easily available now, you can make stellar PPT presentations easily, quickly, and nicely. General AI tools allow you to research any topic like ChatGPT or Copilot. However, there are niche AI tools that can help suggest elements to make your PPT look visually attractive. Few AI services can even make an entire PPT with a single prompt, sort of like making PPT templates for our specific needs. We tried several paid and free AI tools for making PPT presentations. Here are the 3 best AI tools to create and improve your PPT presentations.
Let’s start with the AI tool that is built from scratch to make presentations keeping AI front and center.
Table of Contents
Tome is an AI tool that is completely focused on making PPT presentations using AI. It also supports a freemium model where you will get around 500 credits/month for free, which can be used to make 2-3 presentations roughly. For further usage, you need to get a pro plan that gives you unlimited credits starting from $16/month. Apart from that, the service also provides you with a good number of templates, and integration with third-party apps like Figma and Looker, etc. Here’s how you can use Tome to make presentations.
1. You can either start creating presentations from scratch by clicking on the Create button at the top right after logging in. Otherwise, you can also check the Templates section and select a related template to get started.
2. On the edit page, you can check the editing options such as text, image, tables, charts, themes, etc on the right side.
3. On the left side, you will see all slides.
4. At the bottom left, click on the Add page to add more slides.
5. You will see a text box for entering prompts at the bottom of the page. Once you click on the text box, you will get a list of options to choose from or enter your own prompt.
6. Select the Create presentation about option and enter the prompt explaining everything you need in your presentation. Later, it will show you the headings of every slide in the presentation and it will generate multiple slides so you have options.
7. Similarly, a new slide with text, images, and elements will be generated when you select the Create page about option and enter a prompt.
8. You can edit, present, or even share on Tome. However, Tome does not support the PPT export option to continue your edit on PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- The UI is designed to encourage the use of AI to create presentations
- 500 credits every month on a free plan
- Integrating with other services like Fligma, Airtable, Twitter, etc.
- Ability to share or present the PPT directly from Tome
- Cannot export in PPT format
- Not many templates or elements to design the PPT
- Even exporting as PDF is locked under the Pro version
Canva is a photo editing app where you can also create presentations. It is popular because of the number of templates available and design styles to choose from. Though the AI is limited to generating images, text, and suggesting templates, it also allows exporting the presentation as a PPT. So u can open it on Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides to continue your work or present it. However, you only get 50 credits for free which is useful to generate 50 images or text prompts.
1. Log in to Canva . Under the You might want to try section, select the Presentation option.
2. On the edit page, you can add more slides at the bottom. On the left sidebar, you can add images, graphics, fonts, etc for your visual editing.
3. To generate images, go to the Elements section, here you should find the AI Image Generator option. Once generated, you can drag the image from the sidebar to the slide.
4. To generate text, select the Magic Write icon at the bottom right corner of the presentation. Now you can give a prompt, or ask it to summarize, expand, or rewrite the text that you have already written.
However, this isn’t as effective as Tome which can create an entire PPT with a single prompt. But with the vast library of templates and visual elements available, along with the AI tools, Canva is faster and better at creating PPT from scratch. But to continue using AI features and unlock all the templates, you need Canva Pro which costs $12.99/month.
- A good number of templates and elements to choose from
- Supports exporting files in PPT format
- Rather than just generating content, it can also summarize, expand, or rewrite the content you have already written
- AI recommended elements and themes
- AI options are locked under the Canva Pro
- Generated text and images may not be suitable always, and need multiple prompts to generate.
- Since it supports
3. Microsoft Copilot and Google’s Duet AI
Both Microsoft and Google have their own AI tools called CoPilot and Duet AI directly integrated into Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides respectively. First, you have to opt-in to Copilot for PowerPoint and Duet AI for Google Slides as they are in beta. Microsoft Copilot requires a Microsoft 365 subscription and a Copilot subscription on top of it, whereas Google’s Duet AI works even without a Workspace subscription.
1. Though both are different services, their usage and features are similar to each other. While editing, you can access the Duet AI or Copilot by clicking on the AI button in the upper right corner of the toolbar.
2. Using prompts, you can generate themes, paras of text, images, organizing slides, etc.
3. Apart from just using it to generate parts of the presentation, you can ask questions and research the topic from the same page to gather more information.
4. Compared to other AI PPT editors, Duet AI and Copilot understand the context of the PPT better. For example, to generate images, you don’t even have to give a proper prompt explaining the image. You can generate images suitable for the slide. Depending on the text and other images on the slide, AI will generate images.
- Native option directly available on Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Rather than just generating content, we can also ask questions to AI. Useful for research.
- Can also use AI to research anything while creating the PPT
- Understanding the context of the PPT
- Microsoft Co-Pilot is paid on top of some Microsoft 365 Plans.
- Though AI is powerful, people have to explore the features manually.
- Cannot be used to create the entire PPT with a single command
AI Tools to Make PPT Presentations
Irrespective of the tool you chose, anything generated by AI has to be reverified manually later. Apart from the re-verification, the process of making PPTs will be a lot faster, easier, and better. Also, check out these brilliant tips for making PowerPoint Presentations.

A step-by-step guide to captivating PowerPoint presentation design

by Corporate PowerPoint Girl
Do you often find yourself stuck with a lackluster PowerPoint presentation, desperately seeking ways to make it more engaging and visually appealing? If your boss has ever told you to "please fix" a presentation and you didn't know where to start, you're not alone. In this article, we'll walk you through a straightforward method to transform your PowerPoint slides into a visually captivating masterpiece.
Let's dive right in!
Clean up your slides
The first step in this journey to presentation excellence is all about decluttering your slides and elevating their impact. Say goodbye to those uninspiring bullet points that often dominate presentations. Instead, focus on what truly matters – the key call-out numbers. By increasing the font size of these numbers, you ensure they take center stage, immediately drawing your audience's attention.
To make those numbers pop, consider breaking the text after the numbers into the next line and adding a touch of color. The contrast created by pairing a dark color with a lighter shade, like dark teal and light teal or burnt orange with peach, can work wonders. This simple adjustment makes your data more engaging , enhancing the overall impact of your presentation.
Add dimension with boxes
Now, let's introduce an element of depth and organization to your slides. By adding boxes, you'll create a visually pleasing structure that guides your audience through the content. In the "Insert" menu, select "Table" and opt for a one-by-one table. Change the table color to a light gray shade, elongate it, and position it neatly to the left of your text.
To improve readability and aesthetics, increase the spacing between text phrases. A small adjustment in the before spacing setting (setting it to 48) significantly enhances the visual appeal of your slides.
Insert circles
To further enhance the visual appeal and engagement of your slides, let's introduce circles. In the Insert menu, navigate to Shapes and choose the circle. Adjust the circle's height and width to 1.2, ensuring it complements your content seamlessly. Match the circle's shape fill color with the corresponding text color for a harmonious look.
Avoid using colored outlines for the circles, as they may distract from the overall aesthetic. This simple addition of circles adds an element of visual interest to your presentation, making it more captivating.
Choose icons
Now, it's time for a touch of creativity. Selecting icons to complement your text can elevate the clarity and appeal of your slides. In the "Insert" menu, you can search for relevant keywords to find the perfect icon from PowerPoint's extensive library .
For instance, if your text discusses investment portfolio yield, search for "growth" and choose an upward arrow growth icon. These icons add an extra layer of visual appeal and clarity to your content, making it more engaging and informative.
Final touches
To wrap up the transformation process, we come to the final touches that give your presentation a polished, professional finish. Align your icons with their corresponding circles and change the shape fill color to white. This simple adjustment creates a crisp, cohesive look that ties everything together seamlessly.
In conclusion, by following these steps, you've embarked on a journey to enhance your PowerPoint presentation . These initial steps are just the beginning of your exploration into the world of design elements and styles that can cater to your specific presentation needs. The key to a stunning PowerPoint presentation lies in the details. By following these steps, you can turn a lackluster set of slides into a visually engaging and dynamic presentation that will captivate your audience. So, the next time your boss says, "Please fix," you'll know exactly where to start. Happy presenting!

Speaker 1: This episode contains abbreviated language with dubious meaning. It's for instructional purposes only. Don't repeat at work. Today I want to share with you three tips that help me make more effective PowerPoint slides and deliver better presentations. So if you go to a lot of internal company meetings and you need to present at some of them, so either to your team or your management, or you're a consultant that needs to pitch a product or service to another company, these tips can help you. They actually stem from my own mistakes, and these are the tips that I personally use to improve my presentations. Number one, simplicity is not the enemy of detail. In fact, as stated by Da Vinci, simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. Slides are there to help deliver your message. They aren't there for you to remember your text. They're for your audience, not for you. This was a big problem area for me when I created slides. When I went to a meeting, I took with me one thing, my slides. They were my cue points. They were also my handouts. It was like a three-in-one deal, except that it was only a good deal for me, but not for my audience. I used to add one bullet point after another because I didn't want to forget something. What happened was I ended up with crowded, intimidating slides, slides that no one could or wanted to read. Not only were they distracting, because who can read and listen at the same time, but I started to lose people's attention. They started to think about their dinner and fitness plans, something you probably don't want to encourage while you're presenting. One complicated slide takes the same amount of time to present as three simple slides. It's a question of pacing your communication. It's about giving them the right amount of information in the order they need to understand it. The difference is the complicated slide confuses and distracts the viewers, whereas with the simple ones, they're likely to stay on and get your message. Now, when I attend an important meeting, I take with me three things. I have my cue cards, which help me remember my points. I have my slides, which help my audience remember the most important points, and I have the detailed handouts that help them get more detail if they want. If you're not sure whether your slides are simple enough or not, here's a test you can do. If you gave your PowerPoint to your neighbor and you asked them, go to the meeting and press next, next, next on the slides, will it make sense to your audience? If yes, that's not a PowerPoint presentation. Those are your handouts. Your slides shouldn't make sense without you. Number two, the use of acronyms. Do they help or hurt? If you're in a finance meeting and you say, let's take a look at the BS you've been working on, probably people will understand you mean balance sheet and you're not trying to be offensive, but it's not always clear. When I was working in a team on an Oracle project, setting up a group finance consolidation system, we had to create the backbone structure, which is called the metadata of the system. Now, one task was to set up different hierarchies for our company structure, and all of them had code names like no spaces, short words, sometimes numbers. One request we got was to set up separate structures for our European and American companies. The code to use was ANAL Europe, ANAL America, ANL standing for analysis. So some words just shouldn't be shorted. You can either entirely replace them or use the full word. So going back to your use of acronyms in a meeting, you want to make sure that you don't unintentionally offend someone and you don't exclude anyone because they don't understand what it means. So make sure you emphasize what these are in the handouts and also on the slide if you're using them in there. Number three, branding. Are you getting excessive with your branding? The companies I worked for always had their logo on every single slide. When I started to work on my own, that's what I did. I put my logo on every single slide prominently featured on top. I believe that was the professional thing to do. But when I started to make simpler slides, that logo was so distracting. It looked bigger than ever. Before I didn't even notice it so much because the slide was so full. But when it started to get empty, I started to question the placement of any image or object on that slide. And I asked, does it bring any added value? Well, it didn't. It was distracting. I don't need my logo on every single page. It's enough to put it in the first and the last pages. And if you're concerned about piracy, you can use a light watermark in the footer and make it small. That's what I do now. Think about the slides you use for your internal meetings. Do you have the logo on every single slide? Does it bring any added value? So these were my three tips that helped me make better PowerPoint slides and more effective presentations. I hope you found them helpful. I'm curious to hear what you think. Also, what do you most struggle with when you make PowerPoint presentations? Let me know in the comments below. Thank you for watching. See you in the next video.

Written by: Chloe West
Looking for the best presentation tools to help you get your presentations to the next level? Powerpoint alternatives like Visme have tons of features and tools to amp up your presentation. In this guide, we will discuss how you can make the most of some of the tools like:
- Templates and themes
- Slide layouts
- Color themes
We’ve got a lot to cover, so let’s get into it.
18 Best Presentation Tools for Beautiful Presentations
Tool #1: templates and themes, tool #2: slide layouts, tool #3: fonts, tool #4: color themes, tool #5: icons, tool #6: shapes, tool #7: stock photos, tool #8: charts and graphs, tool #9: maps, tool #10: tables, tool #11: flowcharts, tool #12: icon charts, tool #13: radials, tool #14: progress bars, tool #15: animation, tool #16: transitions, tool #17: interactivity, tool #18: audio and video.
At Visme, we have two different options for users to get started with a new presentation.
The first option is presentation templates . There are over 100 editable presentation templates in Visme that range from 2 to 15 pre-designed slides for you to easily plug your content in.

However, we also have three separate presentation themes – Modern , Simple and Creative .
Each theme has hundreds of slide layouts that you can mix and match, or pull into your presentation and customize with your own colors, fonts and content.
Regardless of if you choose a template or theme, you have full range customization options to make the presentation your own. We just give you a visually appealing starter kit to make your life easier.
If you choose between one of our presentation themes, you have hundreds of slide layouts to choose from to build out your presentation in the way that you see fit.
Whether you need a title slide, a timeline , a slide for your services or an ending contact us slide, our slide library has plenty of options for you.
When you’re in the presentation maker , click Add Slide to access the slide library. Choose one of the categories to view each of the slide layout options available.

Another important tool for your presentations that you have access to in Visme is free fonts. There are over 100 fonts for users to choose from in the presentation design dashboard.
Stick to three fonts or less. Too many different font faces can make your slides appear cluttered. It’s best to incorporate one font for headers, one for body copy and a possible third for an accent font.
If you don’t find the font you want, you can also utilize Visme’s Brand Kit to upload and access your own preferred fonts. This can include your company’s brand fonts or simply a personal favorite or two.
While many of the presentation themes and templates come with an already established color scheme , absolutely nothing is set in stone. You can switch out the color of every item in your presentation to match your company or your topic.
One great presentation tool that Visme has is color themes. This allows you to change the color scheme of your entire presentation with a single click.
You can add your own brand color scheme into the Brand Kit section of your Visme dashboard so you can easily access them later. There is also a section to create your own color themes from scratch.
The color themes you create will appear at the top of the list and will switch the colors of your presentation for you without you having to pick and choose which individual elements are which color.
Using icons in your business presentation is a great way to visualize the text in your slides. You don’t want to include only text for your audience to follow along, so incorporating graphics as a visual aid is a great way to make your content more engaging.
In Visme, users have access to over 10,000 icons with four different styles to choose from.
Since you want to stick to a single icon style throughout your presentation, this gives you a way to differentiate each presentation you create while still having tons of icon options.
Access thousands of high-quality icons and graphics!
- Vector icons to spice up any Visme design or document
- Free to use , and great for print or web.
- Customize colors to fit your design needs.
Use these high-quality icons and graphics to help visualize the main points in your next presentation.
Another great way to add a few design touches to your presentation is by incorporating shapes. These can be used to emphasize photos and text by surrounding them or to create a design by themselves.
Check out the presentation slide template below. It's a great example of how using circular frames around photos can help draw attention to them.
Here's another presentation slide template that incorporates shapes into the design.
Incorporating different shapes can help to add depth to your presentation. It’s not all text, photos and icons. Instead, there’s an entire design aspect to your slides as well.
Here’s a video of how to format shapes and lines in Visme.
Visme partners with Unsplash to bring its users a massive library of free stock photos to incorporate into presentations, infographics , social media graphics and more.
While you may have your own photos of your team, business, products and services, there are still many other options for including stock photos in your presentation.
You can use the search bar to find exactly what you’re looking for in the photo library and easily drag and drop it onto your presentation slide.
If you have a preset slide with images you want to change out, click on the photo to have the option to replace it appear in the top bar.
There are many ways to use presentation images , so be sure you browse through the photo library to see what options are available for you to use in your own slides.
If you’re presenting financial data, charts and graphs are key presentation mediums . There are many different chart and graph options available, from bar charts to line graphs and pie charts to funnel charts and more.
Want to create your own charts and graphs?
- Upload an Excel file or sync with live data from Google sheets
- Choose from 16+ types of charts, from bar and line graphs to pyramid and Mekko charts
- Customize anything, from backgrounds and placement of labels to font style and color
The Graph Engine is the first option available to users when you open up the Data tab in the design dashboard, giving you 15 chart and graph options right off the bat.
You’re able to input your data manually or import an Excel or Google spreadsheet and your dynamic chart will automatically update to reflect it.
Change colors, name axes and customize the legend. All charts and graphs in Visme can also be animated to make your presentation look even more engaging and creative.
If you’re talking about demographics or sharing information that pertains to a location within your presentation, consider adding in a map to visualize the area.
Visme’s map maker allows you to insert a world map or pinpoint any location in the world, color coding areas and creating an engaging visualization for your audience.
Set a global color for your map and color code different areas based on your information. You can hide areas on the map or showcase just one specific country or continent in the world.
There are many reasons you may need to add a table to your presentation.
You can create a schedule for the event or presentation, create a pricing table or even include a table of data next to the chart that visually represents it.
It's very easy to add a table to your presentation in Visme. You can set the number of rows and columns your table has, change cell colors, customize fonts and more.
A flowchart can help you visualize business processes, chains of command and more. And Visme makes it extremely easy to customize a premade flowchart or create one entirely from scratch.
There are several slide layouts that include flowcharts you can edit to fit your content, but it’s actually quite fun to play with the shapes and lines to create your own flow.
The flowchart elements are fully customizable so that you can choose outlines or filled in shapes, corners or rounded edges in your lines, line width and more.
An icon chart or an array is a way to represent data with icons. You can use this to differentiate between the number of men and women, cats and dogs, etc., that fall under different categories.
While the array visualization automatically comes with two icons, you can add more, change colors, switch the icons with any options from our library and more.
A radial, or circular counter, is a more engaging way to represent numbers or percentages than having them stand alone on the slide.
The thing is, not many PowerPoint alternatives have this tool. However, there are many different styles to choose from in Visme's data widget sidebar.
You’re able to customize the colors, the number, the maximum and minimum values and even whether you’re visualizing a percentage or just a number.
You can even add icons to the center of your radial to better visualize what each percentage is referencing.
Want to let your audience know how much time there is left in the presentation? Add a progress bar to the bottom of each slide.
You can also use this to show how far along the company is with creating products or gathering funding.
In Visme, you can choose from many different styles of progress bars, creating a new look and feel in each presentation you add this feature to.
To make your presentation more engaging , consider adding animation to the elements in your slides. This makes them move on the screen and helps grab the attention of your audience.
In Visme, you have six animation options:
- Fly from left
- Fly from right
- Fly from top
- Fٖٖٖly from bottom
Just remember that you only want to stick to one animation type per presentation. Having elements fly in from all different directions is not a good look and can easily overwhelm your audience.
Create beautiful and animated presentations!
- Add your own text, images, colors and more
- Add interactive buttons, transitions and animations
- Customize anything to fit your design and content needs
Watch this video to learn how you can animate text, video, shapes and images in Visme.
Your transition is the way your slides appear and disappear, and it’s a great idea to give this a bit more flair than your typical slide interchange.
With Visme, you can create transitions that not only move your slide, but each of the elements simultaneously. Simply click on the gear at the right corner of the slides to access the transitions.
The Staggered Fade, Enter from Side, Enter from Bottom, Enter from Top and Zoom In transitions all include both slide and element transitions. However, if you want to animate your elements separately, you can choose the transition Simple Fade or Slide In.
Visme also offers several great ways to make your presentation interactive.
Have Q&As, bring props, have your audience raise their hands and more. You create hyperlinks between slides and even design elements to create a unique experience for your audience.
This is a great way to make your presentation stand out and get your audience involved, so be sure to keep some of these interactivity ideas in mind.
Adding an audio narrative, recording a voice-over for your slides, incorporating background music or even embedding a video can be a great way to increase engagement in your presentation.
You can record audio directly in Visme, embed video links or embed any other type of online content directly in your presentation slides.
This can also give you a break from presenting during longer sessions, breaking up the monotony of your audience listening to the same thing for the duration of the time.
Watch the video below to learn how to embed video into your presentation and capture your audience's attention.
